Royal Mail collections happen Monday to Saturday at 5pm. We post orders on Saturday and in some cases are willing to post on Sunday or holidays.

Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm Mon-Sat (1-2 Working Days) - £6.99 - this is a guaranteed delivery service, often it will only take one day but as our collection time is after 4pm we allow for two days but it is technically a Next Day Service. So it's great for when you order on Monday (before 4pm) and need it at the latest by 1pm Wednesday. We use this instead of other cheaper Next Working Day options as we find more and more couriers are arriving at 9pm and 10pm or even later and we think that is a bit concerning for all involved. The downside is it's Monday to Friday although sometimes they deliver a Friday order on Saturday but the estimate would be the Monday.

Royal Mail 1-3 Working Days Estimate - £2.99 - this is the new service Royal Mail offer and it is in between First Class and Special Guaranteed. It should arrive within 24hrs, it is a fully tracked service but it is still an estimated service.

Royal Mail 2-5 Working Days Estimate - Free (Orders Over £80) - this is the new service Royal Mail offer and it is like a very modern and upgraded version of Second Class. It should arrive within 48hrs but we allow for 2-5 working days and it is a fully tracked service

You will receive an email notification when your item has been packed, stamped and handed over to Royal Mail.

Please note that delays in the service of Royal Mail are out of our control. If you haven't received your order within the estimated time frame, we ask that you allow an additional 3 working days before you get in touch with us. You don't have to stick to that if you're really worried about it.

If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please be aware that this is not included within the cost of the item.

We will always do everything we can to either chase it up for you or if it's really delayed or really important it arrives by a certain date, we can send out a replacement with a SAE for when the original eventually arrives but once we hand over to Royal Mail with hundreds of thousands of items they process each day, it's never going to be a case of you saying "Where's my order?" and us saying "it's exactly here" because this is the real world and we're not Amazon. But because we're not Amazon, or one of those companies that hide their contact details because Customer Service really eats into profit margins, you can email us, call us message us, you can even visit us in person. We're real people and we will take care of any problems that come up the way real people do in the real world. That being said normally things arrive within their estimates and everything is fine.

 

Returns

Please send any product that you wish to be exchanged or have refunded, in its original condition within 14 days of delivery;  The item(s) needs to be unused with their original packaging, garment tags still attached and returnedensuring that you have obtained proof of postage from your post office or selected courier.

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from www.grant-shop.co.uk, you may notify us of a wish to return them to us within 14 days as per distance selling regulations. In this case the customer is fully responsible for the return postage.

Once the item is returned in sellable condition we will refund you (the customer) the full amount of your order. Any additional postage costs incurred returning the item/s is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or the wrong product was mistakenly delivered. In the event that you (the customer) receives a product that was not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange the return or collection of the mistakenly delivered product and arrange delivery of the correct product. The costs of postage for collection and/or delivery of mistakenly delivered products and incorrect products will be the sole responsibility of www.grant-shop.co.uk, where the product delivered does not match the product listed on the customer order.

When returning items, please ensure you enclose the appropriate paperwork as was supplied with your order. All refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of items and payment will be made in the form of the original payment made for the order.
